Sardinian Restaurant in San Teodoro
Welcome to Suara Longa, a traditional restaurant serving local fish and meat with an enchanting view of the San Teodoro sea and the island of Tavolara.
History, quality and typicality
The traditional restaurant La Suara Longa was founded in San Teodoro in 2004 as a rural farmhouse immersed in the Gallura countryside.
Local, top-quality ingredients form the basis of the traditional cuisine we offer our guests.
The pursuit of the island’s typical flavors is rewarded with the Typical Regional Restaurant Certification: a coveted recognition from the Sardinia Region reserved for restaurants capable of offering and showcasing typical Sardinian dishes prepared following tradition and selecting local ingredients.
For us, quality and authenticity are an absolute priority, which we bring to the table with simple, no-frills, tasty, and Mediterranean cuisine.
A traditional restaurant where the style, simplicity, and family atmosphere of a farmhouse are at home.
